You may request an exchange or return of a defective product within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. If the product does not meet your expectations, you may also request a refund. To request a refund, you have up to seven days from the date of purchase.

Here's how to request an evaluation of alleged manufacturing faults:

Return of Goods:

The merchandise must be sent to the address of origin previously communicated through our contacts:

- Return the product in its original packaging, if possible.

- Include the first copy of the purchase invoice with the product.

- The customer must send a brief written report describing the alleged defect.

Analysis of product defects:

Our team will assess the defects, and then the final report of the exchange request will be completed. The average completion time is 5 to 10 business days after the product is received.

The report is favorable to the exchange.

The customer will receive a replacement product of the same model, free of charge, at the original shipping address.

If the same model is not in stock, the customer will be notified and able to choose a different model from the options on the site, up to the credit limit.

If the price of the chosen product differs from that of the complained-of product, the difference must be paid.

Report against exchange:

The product will be returned without the right to a replacement.

Rejected items:

- Lack of defect (no evidence of the damage pointed out by the customer).

- Evidence of improper use of the product.

- Evidence of accidental damage.

- Natural wear and tear resulting from use.

-Improper washing of the product.
